2.沸水沿一边冲入面粉中,用筷子搅拌成絮状

3.凉水沿着另外一边慢慢倒入另外一边的面粉中,搅拌成絮状,用筷子将凉水面团和热水面团搅拌在一起,凉水要慢慢倒,视面粉的吸水情况调整水的用量

4.倒入20g玉米油,也可以放软化的黄油

5.将面团揉光滑,多揉一会,盖保鲜膜静置半个小时左右

6.50g黄油提前软化,也可以用微波炉直接融化,我直接融化了

7.将静置好的面团分成小份,我分了8个,每一份表面抹少许玉米油,这个玉米油不在20g范围中

8.面板上抹少许油防粘,取其中一份面团,用擀面杖擀成薄薄的面片,接近透明状

9.在面片上刷一层黄油

10.撒上适量的盐,我撒的很少,因为我后面还要抹酱

12.折好的面片稍稍拉长,从一头开始卷起,边抻边卷

13.卷好的饼胚松弛20分钟

14.擀成圆形的饼胚
